【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodyieldsquantitativeinformationregardingthedegreeofblocking(unwantedadhesion)existingbetweenlayersofplasticfilm.Itisnotintendedtomeasuresusceptibilitytoblocking.1.2Bythisprocedure,thefilm-to-filmadhesion,expressedasablockingloadingrams,willcausetwolayersoffilmwithanareaofcontactof100cm2toseparate.Thetestmethodislimitedtoamaximumloadof200g.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninbracketsareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1ThistestmethodissimilartoISO11502MethodB,butisnottechnicallyequivalent.

【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversuraniumhexafluoride(UF6)intendedforfeedingtoanenrichmentplant.IncludedarespecificationsforUF6derivedfromunirradiatednaturaluraniumandUF6derivedfromirradiateduraniumthathasbeenreprocessedandconvertedtoUF6forenrichmentandsubsequentreuse.Theobjectivesofthisspecificationaretwofold:(1)TodefinetheimpurityanduraniumisotopelimitsforCommercialNaturalUF6feedstocksothatthecorrespondingenricheduraniumisessentiallyequivalenttoenricheduraniummadeentirelyfromvirginnaturalUF6;and(2)TodefineadditionallimitsforReprocessedUF6(oranymixtureofReprocessedUF6andCommercialNaturalUF6).ForsuchUF6,specialprovisionsmaybeneededtoensurethatnoextrahazardarisestotheworkforce,processequipment,ortheenvironment.1.2Thescopeofthisspecificationdoesnotcomprehensivelycoverallprovisionsforpreventingcriticalityaccidentsorrequirementsforhealthandsafetyorforshipping.Observanceofthisspecificationdoesnotrelievetheuseroftheobligationtoconformtoallinternational,federal,state,andlocalregulationsforprocessing,shipping,orinanyotherwayusingUF6(see,forexample,TID-7016,DP-532,ORNL-NUREG-CSD-6,andDOEO474.1).1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.
