【摘要】:Testsmadeonmaterialshereinprescribedcanbeofconsiderablevalueincomparingphysicalpropertiesofdifferentmaterials,incontrollingmanufacturingprocesses,andasabasisforwritingspecifications.Beforeproceedingwiththesetestmethods,referenceshouldbemadetothespecificationofthematerialbeingtested.Anytestspecimenpreparation,conditioning,ordimensions,orcombinationthereof,andtestingparameterscoveredinthematerialsspecificationshalltakeprecedenceoverthosementionedinthesetestmethods.Iftherearenomaterialspecifications,thenthedefaultconditionsapply.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthepreparationofastandard-sizetestsampleandbasictestsforphysicalpropertydeterminationsofmicrocellularurethanematerials.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninbracketsareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ThereisnoknownISOequivalenttothisstandard.
