【摘要】:Theinductionperiodmaybeusedasanindicationoftheoxidationandstoragestabilityofmiddledistillatefuel.Comparedtosomeotheroxidationandstoragestabilitytestmethods,thismethodusesasmallsampleandgivesaresultinashorttimeperiod.1.1Thislaboratorytestmethodcoversaquantitativedeterminationofthestabilityofmiddledistillatefuelssuchasdieselfuelsandheatingoils,withupto100%biodiesel,underacceleratedoxidationconditions,byanautomaticinstrument.1.2ThistestmethodisdesignedforproductscomplyingwithSpecificationD975onDieselFuel,GradesNo.1Dand2D;SpecificationD396onBurnerFuel,GradesNo.1andNo.2;SpecificationD6751onBiodiesel,B100,andSpecificationD7467onDieselFuelOil,B6toB20.1.3Thistestmethodmeasurestheinductionperiod,underspecifiedconditions,whichcanbeusedasanindicationoftheoxidationandstoragestabilityofmiddledistillatefuels.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
