【摘要】:ThisPASprovidesguidancetofoodbusinessesofallsizesandatallpointsinthefoodsupplychain–fromfarmtofork(seeFigure1in4.3).Itprovidesguidanceonapproachestotheprotectionoftheirbusinessfromallformsofmaliciousattackincludingideologicallymotivatedattackandtoprocedurestomitigateandminimizetheimpactofsuchanattack.Itisintendedtobeofparticularusetomanagersofsmallandmediumsizedfoodenterpriseswhomaynothaveeasyaccesstospecialistadvice.FoodbusinesseswillbeabletousetheguidanceinthecontextofaneffectivefoodsafetymanagementregimesuchasHazardAnalysisCriticalControlPoint(HACCP)ortheRedTractor[2].ThisPASassumesandbuildsoneffectiveoperationofsuchprotocols.
