【摘要】:Thisdocument,partofEN13130,specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofBisphenolAinthefoodsimulantswater,3%w/vaceticacidaqueous,15%v/vethanolaqueoussolutionandrectifiedoliveoil.ThelevelofBisphenolAmonomerdeterminedisexpressedasmilligramsBisphenolAperkilogramoffoodsimulant.ThemethodisapplicabletothequantitativedeterminationofBisphenolAataminimumlevelof0,2mg/kgto0,7mgperkilogramoffoodsimulants.NOTEThemethodshouldalsobeapplicabletootheraqueousfoodsimulantsaswellastotheotherfattyfoodsimulants,sunfloweroilandamixtureofsynthetictriglycerides.
