【摘要】:Theoilabsorptionnumberofacarbonblackisrelatedtotheprocessingandvulcanizatepropertiesofrubbercompoundscontainingthecarbonblack.Thedifferencebetweentheregularoilabsorptionnumberandtheoilabsorptionnumberofcompressedsampleissomemeasureofthestabilityofthestructureofthecarbonblack.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheprocedureforthemechanicalcompressionofacarbonblacksampleandthedeterminationoftheoilabsorptionnumberofthecompressedsample.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesasmall-scalelaboratoryscreeningprocedureforcomparingtherelativehorizontalburningcharacteristicsofsmalltestpiecesofflexiblecellularpolymericmaterialexposedtoalow-energysourceofheat.Itisintendedonlyforthepurposeofassessingquicklyandsimplythehorizontalburningcharacteristicsofsmalltestpiecesofthematerialassuch,i.e.consideredwithoutreferencetotheenvironmentalconditionsunderwhichthematerial,orproductsmadefromit,maybeused.Asaconsequence,itisnotpossibletoestablishacorrelationbetweentheresultsofthistestandtheperformanceofsuchmaterialsorproductsunderactualserviceconditions.Thetestisrestrictedtotestpiecesofthicknessgreaterthan5mm.Resultsoftestsontestpiecesofdifferentthicknessesarenotcomparable.Thistestmethodisnotintendedtobeusedtoassessthepotentialfirehazardinuse.NOTEForcellularplasticshavingadensitylessthan250kg/m,anothertestmethodexists:ISO9772:2001,Cellularplastics—Determinationofhorizontalburningcharacteristicsofsmallspecimenssubjectedtoasmallflame.ThetestequipmentandproceduresdifferfromthosecontainedinthisInternationalStandard,anditshouldnotthereforebeassumedthattheywillproduceidenticaltestresults.
